  • If the "user" revokes the contract for goods ordered from the "business user" on the buenoo "platform", the "business user" refund the payment received from the "user", deduct delivery costs, within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of the revocation of the contract and the goods have been received in the warehouse of the "business user".
  • For refunds, the "provider" or "business user" will use the same payment method which the "user" used for the transaction, unless otherwise requested by the "user". Separate costs for other payment methods may be incurred if the transaction of the respective banking institution causes additional costs.
  • For services that start during the revocation period, the "user" has to pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion, up to the time when the "business user" is informed by the "user" of the exercise of the right of revocation with regard to the contract, of the services already provided compared to the total amount of services provided for in the contract.
