Definition

  • buenoo Online-Plattform buenoo.com and Subplattforms beauty.buenoo.com, m.beauty.buenoo.com, sport.buenoo.com, m.sport.buenoo.com, market.buenoo.com, m.market.buenoo.com, ssl.buenoo.com, m.ssl.buenoo.com referred to as "platform".
  • The contracting party that provides this Revocation Instruction to the other party is here referred to as the "provider". Ralph Leonhardt, Barigerstr. 3, 35799 Merenberg is referred to as "provider".
  • Companies, enterprises, organizations and commercial providers who use the buenoo "platform" to publish information, arrange appointments, buy or sell services and products are referred to as "business user".

Explanation

  • "Business user" have the right to revoke the contract in text form with the "provider" within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
  • In order to use the right of revocation, the services must be specified that a clear assignment is possible.
  • In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the revocation before the revocation period expire.
  • "Business users" can use the attached or below form of revocation, or write the revocation statement by themself, showing that the "business user" is no longer interested in the service.

Effects of cancellation

  • If the "business user" revoke the contract for the ordered services at the buenoo "platform", the "provider" will pay back the amount received from the "business user", deduct services which are already delivered, within fourteen days after the "provider" got the notification of the cancellation of the contract.
  • For the refund, the "provider" will use the same payment method which the "business user" used for the transaction, unless the "business user" request a other payment method. In case of the other payment method, separate costs may be incurred if the transaction of the respective banking institution causes additional costs.
  • For services that start during the revocation period, the "business user" has to pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion, up to the time when the "provider" is informed by the "business user" of the exercise of the right of revocation with regard to the contract, of the services already provided compared to the total amount of services provided for in the contract.
  • For services already received, the amount to be paid will be rounded up to 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%.
